Hand-Woven Classic Scarves

My scarves are woven on a simple loom, and are generally 6-1/4 inches wide, and are in varying lengths. I offer a simple, classic design of scarf so that they are affordable, yet are worth their price. There may be some slight irregularities in the weaving, such is the nature of hand-made items. Scarves are offered in either an Alpaca Blend yarn, or in "Fisherman" wool yarn. The Classic Alpaca scarves are light-weight and can be worn throughout most of the year. Alpaca is a premium fiber that holds more warmth for its weight than wool, and is hypo-allergenic. Colors available are red, grey, turquoise, black or plum. The Alpaca yarn is imported from Peru. Classic "Fisherman" wool scarves are offered in two colors: light brown or dark brown. I weave these with a very nice "Fisherman" wool yarn, that is 100% wool. Both colors are "heathered", meaning that they have slight amounts of white or brown in the yarn. They are a wonderful way to express simple New England living.
