This pattern is for a very easy-to-knit shawl pattern.  The use of bulky yarns and a simple garter stitch make this a fast shawl to complete.  A wonderful “first shawl” project, or a wonderful addition for a collection of warm, comfortable shawls.

Finished size: 19 inches by 56 inches (64 inches including the fringe)

Materials Needed to complete the pattern:                                                                               Size 10, 29-inch circular needle – to be used as straight needles Bulky-weight yarn, 24 ounces total (16 ounces of color #1,  8 ounces of color #2) Size J crochet hook to attach fringe     Stitch knowledge required: Cast on, knit, bind off
